Pros

Steady pay, overtime available on demand.

Cons

Communication from management about expectations and operations is abysmal. Caught them red handed updating Google document post orders in order to backfill and justify write ups. Showing them in black and white their changes only led to gaslighting and avoidance.

Not Good

Pros

If Salute was a fish it would be a carp. They are a bottom feeding company, lowest bidder, essentially a budget option for staffing data centers. Great for people with no experience in the DC world as they have low hiring standards and very easy interviews, no reference, background or criminal checks,

Cons

Terrible for the IT customer. If you see them in your DC it means the owner chose their bottom line over competency, and increased your risk as the customer to decrease theirs. Very high turnover, feels like the security guards at our side are more competent than the data center technicians from Salute.

Pros

Team members worked well together.

Cons

Management is out for management only. They say they care but they don’t. They tell you what they think is what they are supposed to say but they don’t stand behind anything they say.
