Pros

Small company. Good pay if salary or if your project gets you 40 hours per week. Management positions are remote work. Lots of employment sites, so there is an opportunity to work in different states and countries. Their data center services division is going to keep growing along with the growth of that business sector.

Cons

Very little PTO considering they claim to be Veteran-friendly (us combat vets need more time to decompress). Some of the management is working at too high of a level for their experience and/or abilities. Quick to fire us combat veterans if we get agitated or emotional, rather than take a timeout and counsel.

Admirable Goal. Poor Execution.

Pros

Quick hire due to high turn over.

Cons

Massively unprofessional attitude towards the staff. Data Center staff are treated like garbage. Directed on a daily basis to perform tasks well outside job description. No training program to speak of. Staff takes the job more seriously than management. The management is far too concerned with pandering to the clients whims while abusing staff until they quit.

Pros

The pay is generous. Work load is very streamlined and simple; very adaptable for various prior experiences.

Cons

The worst organization I've ever experienced. Professional standards do not exist here. Upper management and department heads do not seem fit for their role. The deficiencies in the professional mechanicisms of the company place an immenant threat to job security. The hiring, onboarding, placement, development plan, team management, and SOP's are not developed nor up to professional standard. You will be treated just as a #. Once your purpose has expired, you will be released. Your skills sets and work ethic will go unnoticed and unrewarded. The only observed advancements fit a very exclusive profile. If you are interested in growing your professional career and skill sets, this is not the place for you. If you are looking to make some quick "in-between" money, sign up and then continue looking.
