Pros

You dont have to work past 8, past that I cant think of anything.

Cons

Where to start!? Zero Training - I was paired up with a seasoned AP Associate, who didn't show me anything that I would need to know after training. You work alone, solo - Probably the most unsafe thing you could do in AP/LP. The couple stores that do have PD in them, the Cops thought it was ridiculous that I was alone as well. Absolutely zero back up in stores that have no PD in it. The AP Manager is completely absent. I only saw him on the day I interviewed and the day I quit. Most useless AP program ive been apart of.
