Pros

You’re employed and most of the employees are great to work with

Cons

They will expect the world out of you for significantly less pay than you would make doing almost any other job. If you are salaried expect to be working extra long hours and up to 80 hours a week and the communication from above is “you can’t expect help from managers.” Psychological/mental games and manipulation are a part of daily life here. You always have to watch your back and everyone talks behind each others backs. It’s worse than a high school. Rules are applied arbitrarily and as long as you are a favored employee with some tenure you can break most of the rules with impunity so don’t expect to be treated well for a couple decades.

Pros

There are no pros at this company.

Cons

Management is a joke. They don't train. Anytime we (Asset Protection) speaks up on an employee blatantly breaking the rules, management finds ways to make it our fault and says they don't need us correcting employees. Management plays favorites and does not care about their employees at all.
