- Excellent product and employee training with product - Focus on customer service gives every team a common goal - Friendly and outgoing group of employees - Hard work and willingness to accept a challenge gets noticed - Major focus on inclusiveness and team-building

Cons

- Potential con: It's still a young company so strategies and projects can change quickly. Must be willing to adapt and deal with the unexpected.

Pros

- Samanage hires top notch talent and my coworkers are a joy to be around. The camaraderie I've found at Samanage is unparalleled. - Generous benefits package, with new perks typically added on an annual basis. - Unlimited PTO and flexible WFH option. I recognize that not every department has the same amount of flexibility in this area, but it's managed well within my team and we're able to use these benefits as needed. - Education reimbursement - Professional development and continued education are highly encouraged within my department. -My team: I have a leader who will stand up for me, correct me when I'm wrong, and take the time to transfer knowledge to me. My colleagues and I are a team in the truest sense of the word, always willing to help and stand in for each other.

Cons

No obvious cons come to mind. I'm very fortunate to work under a strong, fair, and kind leader who is eager to help me with my professional development. I recognize that not everyone has shared my positive experience.

Company Culture is great. The whole Interview process is one of the best in the business. They keep you updated on each step of the Interview process. Brandon is Fantastic during the Interview Process. Future looks bright for the company. They are continuing to implement and find more ways to increase employee benefits and moral. Family/Team Atmosphere Advancing Technology Bar in the middle of the Office. 100% paid Health and Dental Insurance. Stock Options
