Pros

- Great benefits - Awesome work/life balance. There are times that you work some after hours but that is few and far between. - Everyone is super friendly and you truly feel like you apart of a family that cares. - Win and lose as a team which makes us all want to push each other to success! - Your voice is heard and changes happen based on feedback throughout the company and or your team. - Lots of fun events with the whole company and each team goes out for team building at least once a quarter.

Cons

Not much to mention here. Maybe being able to work remote a little more since we are a SaaS based company?

Needs More Balance

Pros

Culture is great and people genuinely seem to have fun. Beer available on tap every day is a nice perk. Benefits are great with flexible hours (when possible) and company paid health, dental, and vision insurance.

Cons

No matching 401k Too quick to terminate employees and hiring is more about culture than direction of the company. No annual employee reviews (which could be a Pro if you prefer that) - this results in no clear path to advance No job description or pay scale which can result in lack of direction

Samanage is a great place to work! Everyone is so friendly and eager to help bring out the best you for your position. If you have questions, they are right there helping you get the answer.

Cons

While you can WFH when needed, having a little more flexibility to do so more would be nice.
