Pros

Lots of opportunities for advancement. Challenging and encouraging at the same time. There's never a feeling of competition, but more a feeling that we're in this together to help one another improve and grow.

Cons

Benefits need to be better. Otherwise, nothing bad to say. This is the best work environment I've ever been in and management is fantastic.

Fast paced, great culture and flexible. It is nice to feel appreciated and work with such a great team!

Cons

Keeping up with all the changes can be a little stressful at times but always worth those changes
