Small office - good 'ole boy mentality. They reward employees with raises and promotions that are part of the "clique" even if they are some of the least productive employees.

Company culture is young and fun. Work hard play hard mentality. Start-up environment with plans to grow. Hope for the best.

Cons

Company is still a start-up and rapidly changing everything. If you aren't well-liked or hitting your goals they will fire you without warning which we've seen lately. Brings down morale in all departments.
