Pros

Samanage is a fun and warm place to work in with great people. Always looking on how we can get better both in person and in technologies The management is very open minded and share most of what is going on with the company's business to everyone. We have special events to keep our moral high and also have technical meetups and conferences to make sure everyone is up with the latest technical stuff the company is embracing. Great work life balance.. *Very important*

Cons

None that I can think of.. the company is getting large and keep learning how to get better so there might be issues along the way (like legacy stuff) but it's the same on every company out there and this is how we learn and get better.

- Cutting edge frontend technologies - Open to changes and constantly evolving and embracing new technologies - Very supportive team and administration - Excellent work-life balance - Great investment in the employees satisfaction and personal growth (in-home lectures and case studies, sending developers to conferences etc.) - Great people!

Cons

- Backend stack is a bit old and not common (ruby on rails), although currently starting to evaluate new stack (node.js microservices)
