Pros
-Guaranteed Hours [lots of overtime to pick up or be mandated into] -Full suite of benefits health, dental, vision, retirement, and Disability. -fast accrual of Pro usually able to take several weeks off throughout the year.
Cons
-Low Pay 15hr base for cna' s -awful resident to staff ratio's 1:13 not uncommon. -management does not appreciate staff and disregards our input. -Administration is disrespectful [to the point that during union negotiations a rule that management must use respectful language towards staff was reffused] -rules only apply to certain people. -events that should be reported to state are often swept under the rug and hidden. -Workplace culture is like a toxic high school. -sexual harassment staff v staff ignored
