The nightshift providers are fantastic to work with, especially the midlevel providers (PAs and NPs).

Facility doesn't follow staffing ratios for patient safety and is chronically understaffed

Flexible hrs and outgoing co-workers

Cons

Sometimes hard to get a break, Never know where your gonna be until you get there and it can change last minute or during your shift. Hiring manager is all front and center and present during onboarding process then seems to fade away once the papers are signed.
