Pleasant people, are needed in community, good salary,good colleagues,good location,up to date facilities ,being the provider for Fort Drum.

Cons

Being in the snow belt can be a problem. Nearby housing is limited. Because of the weather house upkeep can be an issue. Change occurs slowly.

Ability to work independently and some room for advancement. Limited usually to those with ties to mgmt

Cons

Very high turnover as a facility. Forced into a union (SEIU 1199) that doesn’t work for all members (lower numbers in your area/dept they seem to care less)
