-Management was stretched too thin and couldnt keep up with the problems at hand -Director of the department didnt even know how to do the job of her employees -Director spoke down to employees, she once told us "unless your talking to a patient, I dont want to hear anything" -Director yelled at and belittled employees in front of others, including those not in our department -Department didnt have set rules and was constantly changing what could and couldnt be done -HR is a freaking joke who will make stuff up just to make themselves look better, they dont give a crap about what happens to you -They cant even figure out how to take taxes out properly

Severely underpaid for the amount of work required of you. Management is very poor. They play nice face to face but talk trash behind your back. Upper management refuses to listen to employees on important matters and only cares about how to make more money. You get bullied into working overtime and if you get a work related injury, they’re quick to try to get rid of you.
