Pros

Benefits, ESOP (but only if you can tolerate the company for at least 10 years), Friday afternoons off.

Cons

This was at first a decent place to work, but in the last 3 years it became disheartening and frustrating. The company culture is lie. They promote unqualified people from within and fail to support them, causing a toxic work environment for everyone. HR and other leaders don’t listen, and over the last few years it has become a very unhealthy workplace.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts—we truly appreciate your feedback. Hearing from former employees is invaluable as we continue working to foster a supportive and healthy workplace for all. We would like to clarify one point from your review: our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) has a three-year vesting period, not ten years as implied. Building and maintaining our employee-owned culture is very important to us, and we remain committed to investing in our people through the ESOP and our comprehensive benefits.

Pros

ESOP is nice benefit if you vest. Friday afternoons off.

Cons

The culture is toxic. Pretend nice but actually gaslight and bully people. Say they're growing but everyone seems panicked all the time and they're continuously not rehiring leadership and other roles and consolidating duties under the same people who are already burned out. Often for little to no increase in pay. If you value your life on the whole, steer clear.
