      ESOP is only good benefit at company

      Arrogant IT Management with no clue on the Technologies. Primitive & non Performing technology been choked in the employee's throat. IT Executive team has been untruthful and just passes on blame to users for shortcomings of IT. The direct I IT management team follows the arrogant behaviour and have been disrespectful towards employees and contractors. Overall IT is creating an hostile culture . You can be fired without any reason as IT got a blind & unconditional backing from C-Execs

      Pros

      ESOP if you stay long enough to become vested in the company, and many do-it helps balance out the lower pay.

      Cons

      -Not providing good service, maybe it's just the insurance industry, the tools to do the job are just not there. Right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Promotions to those willing to go with the flow, not those who see a need for some changes.

      The company was great at one time but the current senior management is not always forth coming and does not take the employees surveys seriously.

      The company was great at one time and had a management you could trust but the current senior management is not always forth coming and does not take the employees surveys seriously. The CIO is not truthful.
