Pros

Only good thing is the medical benefits.

Cons

Very unprofessional management with very poor English. There's no strong HR with experience. Korean dispatcher CFO and each department's managers do whatever they want and aren't aware of US labor laws. All good opportunities goes to Korean expartriates, local US employees don't get any good chances, recognition, or rewards. The office in Irvine is 100% Korean. There's no diversity.
