Pretty easy to get in as entry level. Best insurance + good food in bay area. Good culture if you are familiar with Asian/Korean culture. High Bonus.

Cons

Hiring process and management. If you are not a self motivated person, hard to grow/improve yourself. If you are self motivated and have responsibility on job, you can learn as much as you can.

Pros

Great hardworking people, everyone I have worked with are friendly and HR really cares that you are treated fairly. Good benefits and free lunch. I pay no health benefit premiums! Work flow is balanced.

Cons

Because our main Hq are in Korea there are so many approvals we have to go through that make work harder to do. Getting work done takes longer because of this.
