Open for opportunities. Generous about making mistakes so staff members can learn something from it. Good healthcare, 401K match, easy going people

Too many directors and VP. Strictly controlled by the HQ in Korea. If you are hired in the US, not from the HQ, very slim room to move up. Too many dispatchers controlling the local employees.
