Pros
Work-life balance is great. Benefits are good. Teamwork is excellent and they have a lot of nice, intelligent people working for them.
Cons
Management performs poorly at this company. You almost forget they exist they have such little involvement with you. The only time you have real interaction is with an occasional evaluation that is written by people that have never worked with you. No real growth or advancement opportunities. Money is the bottom line here. They outsource a lot of their positions to other countries because it is significantly cheaper and they use their college interns to do professional level work for very meager pay then boot them out the door.
