      Pros

      Casual dress, good compensation, good 401k and healthcare benefits. Company sees regular growth beyond industry average and is positioned well for the future.

      Cons

      Not an easy place for women to work. There are no women in upper management, and the maternity policy is very poor, especially when compared to other technology companies.

      Pros

      Average pay but awesome bonus. Good team work. Adaptable DNA You can learn so much if only you are willing to take the first step out of your own comfort zone. Never afraid to ask questions as they really practice open door policy

      Cons

      Although awesome bonus but we never know how we are been scored. There is a cultural split in different part of company. Was told before we work for Samtec, not Asia or US or Europe but still within the same region there are difference that are hard to grasp. Referring to attitude and treatment.

      Good but seems impossible to move up

      Pros

      Great co-workers, pretty laid back atmosphere. Decent pay / benefits for the area.

      Cons

      Getting out of production seems to be impossible unless you are family or know someone on "the inside". I feel there is too much nepotism here and people are in positions they aren't qualified for.
