      All that is gold does not glitter

      Pros

      Dynamic environment (if you don’t like how things are going, wait five minutes) history of growth, extremely capable manufacturing and logistics operations

      Cons

      They talk a lot of platitudes but they don’t live up to them. Senior management can’t make a plan, or stick to a plan. Engineering efforts consist of following a checklist. The operations are really run by a cabal of 10 or 20 people who have been there forever. Real efforts in coaching, mentoring, or performance feedback are completely absent.

      - Really enforce us to leave on time unless it's really no choice to stay for a little while more to clear the workload - Have freedom not to clock in/out for lunch

      Expect people to learn asap when they just started their new job in here
