Pros

Great place to work with lots of work/life flexibility. Very friendly staff and family atmosphere. Benefits (health insurance, 401k, etc.) are above industry standard and hard to beat.

Cons

Pay is below industry average and raises are few and far between. Very little opportunity for upward movement in the company. Management can sometimes be micromanagers and difficult to communicate needs. Very rarely are there formal performance reviews and feedback is never given.

The DNA of the company is build on a "sudden service" model that engages and empowers employees at all levels. Our "people first" approach creates a family-type atmosphere where we strive to serve each other, which ultimately creates high levels of collaboration, teamwork, and amazing service to our customers.
