Amazing atmosphere Positive community of associates Clean work environment Management that listens LOTS areas to learn I've experienced nothing but open arms when reaching out to others for development from a personal and professional standpoint. The opportunities are out there... you just have to take the initiative the conversations and make it happen. Samtec is approaching its 50th birthday and we've grown roughly 10,000x the size we were in 1976. I've yet to experience or see a perfect company in this world, but this company has come the closest to it! Samtec proactively works to have a differentiated yet safe workplace that makes associates feel accepted and proud to be a part of the team.
