Pros

Great shift. Three days a week plus mandatory overtime. Pay is decent. Atmosphere is laid back and friendly among coworkers.

Cons

Promotions are based on who you know. Not merit, seniority or any other reasonable basis. Management doesn't appreciate or care about how the decisions they make impact lower employees.
