      Fantastic service leader!

      Pros

      Privately held, debt free, fast paced, flat management structure. Engineering is given the tools and resources needed to reach aggressive time to market goals. Most managers are great at moving road blocks for their associates.

      Cons

      Nepotism and engineering in title only for certain positions. Lack of accountability for many associates.

      Pros

      Work-life balance is great. Benefits are good. Teamwork is excellent and they have a lot of nice, intelligent people working for them.

      Cons

      Management performs poorly at this company. You almost forget they exist they have such little involvement with you. The only time you have real interaction is with an occasional evaluation that is written by people that have never worked with you. No real growth or advancement opportunities. Money is the bottom line here. They outsource a lot of their positions to other countries because it is significantly cheaper and they use their college interns to do professional level work for very meager pay then boot them out the door.

      Pros

      Great co-workers, pretty laid back atmosphere. Decent pay / benefits for the area.

      Cons

      Getting out of production seems to be impossible unless you are family or know someone on "the inside". I feel there is too much nepotism here and people are in positions they aren't qualified for.
