      Payment is actually very good

      Cons

      all quotes has to be approve by GAM (which is not a problem). if customer goes directly to GAM they will reiceive a almost everything they want instead of that conclusion as discussed internal with the team (for ex. no minimum qty).

      Average pay but awesome bonus. Good team work. Adaptable DNA You can learn so much if only you are willing to take the first step out of your own comfort zone. Never afraid to ask questions as they really practice open door policy

      Cons

      Although awesome bonus but we never know how we are been scored. There is a cultural split in different part of company. Was told before we work for Samtec, not Asia or US or Europe but still within the same region there are difference that are hard to grasp. Referring to attitude and treatment.

      Good bonus here, management quite good here too.

      Cons

      Although good pay and bonus if relationship between employees getting worse, high management always open 1 eye and close one eye if work flow can work smoothly, they think that is personal issue rather than work issue.
