      Pros

      Compensation was competitive. Volunteer activities is a huge bonus. Shutdown days is also a good time off during the holidays.

      Cons

      Poor work life balance, telecommuting is discouraged. Employees are expected to work extremely hard, with limited recognition. Not a company that you can build a long term career.

      Pros

      There are no good reasons to work there. The stock is doing fine, but the culture is atrocious, just a bunch of loudmouth yes men Mid level management was ok.

      Cons

      Too many to name you're watched like a hawk, for no apparent reason either. Visible antagonism towards random employees. Old school company with old school management methodologies. Everyone was LOUD and in each others personal business. Everyone was in constant battle, Not enough processes set. High level management was always suspicious of their employees. Only your direct level peers offer any help or support.
