Nice company with good benefits. Good colleagues

Cons

Lot of politics. It was all good till couple of years back management changed. Very manipulative and doesn't like if spoken against. Arbitary deadlines with final goal constantly moving. Sweat shop. Stay away as there are better core ASIC companies out.
