Good people, good work. Cool campus, food, gym etc. Competitive salaries.

Cons

Management is not that great. Direction keeps changing and deadlines keep getting missed. Employees are effected by this. Not sure if this place will be the same in future with WD integration.

Great team, good benefits, good culture, lots to learn. The environment is conducive to mentoring and coaching which is especially great for new graduates.

Cons

Benefits are slightly expensive. It is hard to get in touch with management sometimes during busy periods which can get frustrating when one is not empowered to make decisions.

Dominant market share in a rapidly growing high-tech market. Plenty of opportunity for growth both personally and for the company and market.

Cons

I worked on the Sales/Mktg. side of the business and because there is always an imbalance between supply and demand there are significant tactical issues to manage and these spill over to strategic issues.
