      The people I worked with were great

      Cons

      Tech was starting to become outdated (unless you're at a more prioritized store), Higher Management needs improvement because at the moment it doesn't feel like they care too much about workers, Favoritism with corporate and stores,

      Pros

      Job can be fun depending on who you're working with. Fairly easy to perform tasks. Once you learn the tech there's not a lot that can surprise you. Fairly okay with work life balance, but if you want a proper vacation don't bet on it.

      Cons

      Guests can be jerks, come in drunk or high, or break the equipment and nothing is done about it. Store level management is a joke, some store managers are shared between locations and they clearly favor one over the other. Staff are younger, lazy, and not driven to perform.

      Fun and tight knit team Product is fun to play

      Outside of the store company culture is clique-y District Management has high turn over and pressures stores to meet difficult goals with little to no guidance Marketing for the product seems constantly at a loss for what to do Equipment unreliable, T1 teams spread too thin for quick reliable assistance No upward momentum in the company Incredibly low labor budget, constant skeleton staffing
