      Fun guest interactions, exposure to latest developments in location-based VR

      Cons

      Your experience working as a guide will vary depending on which location you work, but generally good part-time gig if you enjoy video games and emerging tech. You have to be proactive in learning to troubleshoot as it gets very busy sometimes and leads/ managers won't always be there to help when they have their hands full. Guest recovery is something you will have to deal with. Regarding hours, you might get less if it is not busy so paycheck will not be consistent.

      * Easy * Cool workers * flexible schedule * Good for first time workers * Easy hiring process

      Cons

      * if manager doesn’t like you, they won’t put you on schedule * part-time for everyone, including upper management * no chance for higher pay * HR does not care about you. They care about being sued. * HR does not do anything but ask what they should do about it * money hungry * no benefits * they get mad at you for not being available on weekends * do not plan to move up the ladder
