Pros
A good sense of camaraderie with fellow coworkers. Lead positions and above are usually filled with people with experience working in company already, so generally good supporting staff. Company is willing to give holiday pay and days off as needed (days off sometimes depends on manager decision though).
Cons
Coworkers may be high schoolers (if you care about that). Usual staying in one area for too long. All areas are kept a pretty cold temperature for the electronics to not overheat, combined with strict 'wear Sandbox VR' attire can lead to sickness.
