Pros
The general manager, assistant manager. and other guest guides were awesome people
Cons
No transparency with management/higher ups. One month everyone’s hours were cut from 20hrs to 10hrs, while being understaffed. Next month we are given 40hrs, but still understaffed and doing full-time work without the benefits. It took management more than a month to start finding a new GM for the store and the leads that left. During that time, the assistant manager and the remaining guides had to take on the bulk of the work
