Pros
*Instant gratification: There's nothing like watching a group of guests screaming, running for their lives and laughing to pick up any mood you're in. *Fun and games: Corporate makes the steps very clear of what they expect, how operations should be run; but it never feels stressful of overwhelming. You are encouraged to use what makes you original and add that flavor to run your location and provide a great experience for not just the guests, but the team members too. *Ability to move up: During my tenure, I've watched a lot of new team members come in and be promoted very quickly. I've had collegues and a handful of my own staff become managers or beyond. New locations are opening rapidly, and we've been given chances to travel out and train or assist as well.
Cons
Some stores are in malls and the mall management does effect things like opening and closing times.
