Startup dynamics allows for a lot of ownership over company direction. Diverse employment opportunities across game development, tech, retail, and business development.

      International footprint makes communications challenging.

      Pros

      - Incredible product/market fit. This is a company that will keep growing. - Feels like everyone around me is really good at what they do. Talented makers building really impressive tech. The right people to make something great. - There couldn't be a more fun product to work on. - Sandbox has a big vision and a clear direction on what we need to do to become a really big company. - Support from the entire team to build the right things. - We're moving fast, and I can make a major impact on a company that is clearly growing and will be large.

      Cons

      - The company is young, new people are being hired to help support the team, and Sandbox is going through typical early-stage growth challenges. Honestly, feels like the team is handling it better than most early-stage startups I've seen. - Seems like communication is improving with new weekly exec updates and monthly townhalls for everyone to hear what's going on - The path to success is clear but challenging. If you're not up for a challenge and to take real ownership, Sandbox might not be the most rewarding company for you. If you are, it's awesome!
