Pros

Floor staff are nice people who were sold a dream of career progression, work life balance, bonuses and guaranteed hours.

Cons

Management are selfish, unreasonable control freaks. No respect for their staff. Equipment never works. They cut customers game time. They do everything to not refund customers. Management Promise bonuses/extra pay/ and then backpedal on payday. Hygiene standards are extremely low, hardly anyone cleans the equipment. Most of their google reviews are paid for or from people they invited for free on the condition of a good review.
