Pros
-trainings sessions were nice. -using bluebeam session was an advantage.
Cons
-they start really early in the morning (7:30 am) and they do not tell people about this fact during the interview. -Macro Management: they macro manage every little task you do to the extend you can’t focus on your task -very busy and crowded office: too much noise in the office can distract you from doing the job and can have negative effect on your productivity. -they prioritize drafters to engineers: if they want to lay people off because of financial hardship they get rid of engineers instead of drafters. -no job security: they say they have good back log but in reality they don’t. -Low compensations
