This company has the best hard working employees

All this company does is focus on sales and revenue . It’s all about sales if u want a job were the higher ups actually care and the management wants to see the property do good this job is not the spot ! Although the people here are great and they do a beautiful job at everything they do nobody cares .

Great Family Atmosphere, Wonderful Executive Team and Leadership, Lot of Fun, Excellent Incentive Plan for Operations

Cons

No 401K, Hotels do not have a lot of Staff so call-offs or staffing issues can create headaches for managers.
