Pros

Great place to work. I enjoyed meeting new people, making sure they had a most pleasurable stay. My staff was great!

Cons

Additional training was not offered by the GM. The work schedule was not fair most times.

Pros

-Professional Growth is an understatement! There is so much room to grow here. -The entire team is a family. Everyone cares about each other. There are no “small” roles in this company. You see the Founder and the President almost every day (in the corporate office). They know you by name. -The company has doubled hotels since I started. -The work environment is FUN! I enjoy coming to work and seeing my coworkers.

Cons

I have no complaints about Sandpiper.
