Pros
Troubleshooting is fun, and they had flexible hours. You could pick your own schedule. As long as you were working for 8 hours, they didn't care. This was for the repair center. This is not necessarily the case for the warehouse.
Cons
There is a lot of favoritism & women were not treated fairly. I was told once that none of the women were qualified to work on complicated boards. The environment is stressful because the bosses helicopter around you & harass you until you make a mistake, and then they can jump on you. You're not allowed to make mistakes. Getting raises is like pulling teeth. They only gave us a cost-of-living raise because the customer got on them about it, because we were losing employees, so much so that we couldn't keep up with demand.
