What should I say....there are many cons I can share... -Too much nepotism. -They don't really care about employees, they really just care about how much output they can harness. The retention rate quite low. -Mentors doesn't have time to teach new people. -Some mentors feel like they are the ones control over everything...even the bosses reliant on their advice whether to keep or fire people at random.
