Pros
Nice people all around you. Many people have been working here for long years so it's nice to have someone around who you can ask questions. Good starting place for new career seekers since its relatively easy since there is less competition with a ton of experience to be gained here.
Cons
Company feels very disorganized lacking many standard procedures that I believe are important. New employees barely have any training, they're just shown to their desk and put to work with zero training, much like how I was. Job duties are not distributed properly enough, some people do way too much and some people don't do enough. Your title does not necessarily mean you'll only be doing just that.
