      My Direct Manager was great, if it wasn't for her the company would have been in trouble a lot more often than they care to realize

      Upper Management was not so great, if it wasn't for them the company would have be a lot better off than they care to realize

      Learned how to make parts for semiconductors and machine different types of metal and plastics

      Cons

      Management would put jobs on the floor late then tell us we had to hurry and get it out in time

      Pros

      * Sanmina has an employee stock purchase program and a quarterly bonus program. * You are able to help on many aspects of a project and not just focus on one specific task.

      Cons

      * You need to assist multiple aspects of each project and can not focus on any one specific task because Sanmina hires who they can locally for the (little) money, resulting in inexperienced staffing and holes that need to be filled. The net result is low quality engineering, extremely late product releases and frustrated customers (and the continual search for new customers as most will not come back to Sanmina again).
