      Each day was mostly predictable. End of the Quarter BBQs?

      Health benefits were a snore, if you have medi-cal, it will almost be equivalent. No free drinks or snacks, we had to buy them from the vending machine. There's not enough time to get a coffee. Everyone is going in together and leaving together, the parking lot traffic is crazy. I've seen multiple accidents in the parking lot. No bonuses, just BBQ. Only one bike lock rack, but I didn't know how to use this kind.

      There are very knowledgeable, experiences and smart people at Sanmina. You could learn something every day just by talking with people there. They were flexible with appointments and and vacation

      Cons

      Favouritism by management was an issue. The workload between people of the same position was unequally distributed in a way that some were extremely busy and others were not.
