Pros

Solid 40-60 hour workload with benefits. You'll have job security as long as management doesn't fumble the ball so hard that the plant closes; a fair amount of people working for this company have been here for 10+ years.

Cons

If you're hired as a temp then don't except this to change anytime soon, plenty of workers here are temps over a year plus. Also most non-management employees haven't seen a raise in over 8 years.

Pros

Great opportunities for new graduates and job seekers trying to break into corporate or STEM careers -- you can add some advantageous experience to your resume that will transfer well into other careers in the Huntsville area. Some coworkers are the kindest, most hardworking people that you will ever meet.

Cons

Management is largely disinterested or entirely absent in lower-level proceedings. The lack of oversight and direction can be detrimental to projects and work-life in general. Training takes too long and provides little insight. Almost all positions pay much, much less compared to other Huntsville companies and although you may work 40+ hours as an intern, as a "temporary" worker you are not eligible for healthcare or other benefits (and you may be an integral, full-time "intern" for a year or more.) When it comes to career potential, management promises projects and seemingly limitless opportunities on a daily basis and yet management is highly reluctant and almost offended when asked to provide corresponding compensation.
