      Company produces a good product and has good employees

      Cons

      Benefits and pay are terrible. Upper management are dictators that don't know the law or their jobs. Make terrible emotional decisions.

      Pros

      Learned a lot about the electronics manufacturing industry, formed close relationships with coworkers and customers, was able to take on many minor roles within program mgmt. Didn't have a clear idea of my role, but was happy that I was able to be flexible and fit into anything that needed my support.

      Cons

      High turnover- saw many people leave during my time here; Employee dissatisfaction- employees working in the office didn't seem all too happy to be here, certain office employees were still at a temporary status even after working for over a year; Mgmt disorganization- when people in upper mgmt left there wasn't sufficient notice and no proper handoffs resulting in confusion

      Fun place to work and we can learn more of experiences because one man can handle multiple jobs at the end of quarter.

      Cons

      No organization, they put engineers in the position without understanding the engineer's knowledge or engineer tittle.
