      Pay in line with industry Benefits fairly comprehensive

      Cons

      too many cooks in the kitchen. Multiple sales people calling on same accounts offering different services - confusing to Customers. Lots of overhead. If you're not tight with management, you don't stand a chance

      Pros

      Sanmina is an established EMS, with advanced technology and engineering. Most of the employees are a real pleasure to work with, with a few sour apples. Nice clean facilities in USA, overseas plants are pretty sad.

      Cons

      Constant infighting between organizations and some individuals in an internal turf war for revenue and sales. Surprisingly mediocre internal tools and processes. No pay raises, strategic vision or plan. Company has unrealistic expectations of profit margins and growth with no viable roadmap, Unwilling to consider taking a risk. Poor medical plan, no 401K match for professionals.
