Once you're trained enough to work independently you're mostly left alone to do the job.

Cons

You're required to be there 5 days a week 8 hours a day. Work can be done quickly if you're good at it. The rest of that time you're bored out of your mind.

People are pretty nice for the most part..

Cons

They don't offer profit sharing and you would think a large corp like this would.. Also their 401k match is very minimal.. Almost a joke really. Hourly pay is not that great either.. Could probably go make more at McDonald's to be honest
