Very good company to work for. I worked there for 5 years until it was deemed to close as business was shifted to the other smaller countries with lower expenses.

Cons

Too big too fast growth when there wsa a dot com boom and then bust.

Learn aspect/culture of the EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Supplier) providers that I wasn't aware of previously.

Cons

Failure to lead by example. Inability to follow through on directives. No periodic updates from management. Majority of meetings were scheduled due to safety mandates or when the site was in "crises mode".

Pros

Couldn't find any, and I looked very hard. The most hostile work environment I've ever seen. Facilities are old, equipment are cheap.

Cons

There is a stack of incompetence people that are there for a long time and probably are comfortable or too lazy to find another job. Pays below market, benefits are non-existent, vacation are minimal and must be used in mandatory annual shut down. I just regret I ever accept their offer to work there, unemployment is better.
