      The management at the site I worked for was great.

      The owner and board of directors only cared about the top line and bottom line which we were told directly in web cast company meetings.

      The people are the best thing about this company. Can stay up to date in technology and learn business practices

      Cons

      Management is terrible, especially upper management. There is no direction. There is an expectation that you are supposed to work every minute of your life. Raises if any are minute, bonuses are mostly insulting.
